Shipping Policy

We ship domestic and international orders (including to APO & FPO boxes) Monday through Friday. We strive to ship all domestic orders within one business day. If you have any questions about our ability to ship to your country or have questions about your order, please feel free to contact us at Info@RhysRazors.com

We use United States Postal Service (USPS) for all orders, both Domestic and International.

If an incorrect address is entered, your shipping may be delayed and you will be responsible for any additional shipping fees if the package cannot be delivered. If at that time you want a refund, you will be refunded the purchase price minus the actual shipping costs. Rhys Razors LLC will only process this return once we have received the package. Therefore, it is your responsibility to ensure that the shipping address you provided is correct, including any apartment numbers and other vital information. We strive to ship same day so it is very important that addresses are correct before the item ships. All packages are shipped to the “ship to” address the purchaser provided upon checkout.

While we do provide tracking information with all orders please know that the USPS site may be slow to update its tracking information for your package. For international orders there are often significant delays in updates to tracking information once it has left the US and after it has been received by the postal service or customs in your country.

Domestic Shipping

Domestic orders that are 13oz or less are sent via USPS First Class Mail, and all larger orders are sent via USPS Priority Mail. If you provided a valid email address during checkout you will receive an email from us when we package your order containing the USPS tracking information. If your package does not arrive after 10 business days, please let us know by contacting us at Info@RhysRazors.com with your order number, and we will strive to solve this issue.

International Shipping

International orders typically take anywhere from 3-30 days. However, packages may be postponed by customs, which is beyond our control. Unfortunately for this reason, we cannot guarantee delivery times for international orders and claims for lost packages can only be made after 60 days have passed since when the package was shipped.

We are not responsible for any items and packages, which are seized by customs or packages being detained by customs, and it is your responsibility to ensure that all items purchased can be brought through customs. Rhys Razors LLC is not responsible for any extra fee charges (such as taxes and duty) that are charged to you by your government or postal service. It is your responsibility to ensure that all addresses are correct when placing an order. All packages are shipped to the “ship to” address the purchaser provided upon checkout.

Free Shipping Program

Rhys Razors provides free shipping for all orders over $70 to the Continental US, and does not apply to orders going outside of the Continental US.

Return Policy

Rhys Razors LLC strives to provide you with the best options for your shaving experience. If you would like to make a return, please contact us for an exchange or refund.  If your item is damaged or defective in any way, we will make sure to resolve any concerns. If an item was damaged during shipping please contact us with pictures and a description of the damage and we will provide a replacement. If you wish to make a return for a product that was ordered with the Free Shipping program, and the return amount drops below the Free Shipping program threshold of $70, we will subtract the actual price of delivery from your refunded amount.

We unfortunately can not offer a refund or exchange for blade sampler packs. All other products that are unused (in the original packaging and in the same condition as when it was sold) may be returned within 180 days of purchase. Refunds for returned items will be paid in full less actual shipping costs. Any used products cannot be returned. Buyers are responsible for all return shipping charges. We request that you ship your returned items via a traceable method and provide us with the tracking information; Rhys Razors LLC is not responsible for lost or damaged packages.

We will publish both negative and positive comments, as long as the reviews, comments, or testimonials are constructive, and accurate. By submitting a review, comment, or testimonial to our website you hereby authorize Rhys Razors LLC the right to use the submitted content on various media. We also retain the right to edit the submitted content for grammar, spelling, length so long as the meaning of the content is not markedly altered. You also give Rhys Razors LLC the right to use the username that you submit with this content. Rhys Razors LLC has the right to either deny or display all user submitted content and is neither responsible nor liable for any content posted by you or anyone else.

Product Ads and Prices: Rhys Razors LLC strives to provide accurate descriptions of our products on this site. Should a product be listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. If we have already received payment for your order and your order is canceled, we will immediately issue a refund credit to you in the same amount of the incorrect price via the original payment method.
